Can I include a gift message?

Yes absolutely, just include your message in the box at the checkout. We can also write birthday cards for you if you purchase one as part of your order.

How long will it take to arrive?

For UK orders we aim to send parcels out the next working day with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (they aim to delivery the next working day; however can take up to 2 working days). We try to get parcels out as quickly as possible but sometimes things happen and we're only human. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with the tracking details.

Can I return / exchange items?
